Shipping areas
Available shipping areas will be shown at checkout. Portal Transmontano may ship to mainland Portugal, autonomous regions, or other destinations, depending on the products, logistics partners, and conditions available at the time of order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, weight, volume, product type, delivery method, carrier, producer or partner availability, campaigns, or active promotions.
Shipping times
Shipping times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, preparation time, producer or partner location, carrier, destination, peak order periods, holidays, weather conditions, or external situations beyond Portal Transmontano's control.
Whenever possible, the customer will be informed about the order status.
Food and perishable products
Food products, fresh, refrigerated, artisanal, or perishable items may have special shipping conditions. In some cases, shipping may be limited to certain days of the week to ensure better preservation and quality upon delivery.
Delivery details
The customer is responsible for correctly providing the necessary delivery information at checkout. Portal Transmontano is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete information, or the recipient's absence.
Damage, returns, and delays
If an order is returned due to impossibility of delivery, recipient's absence, or incorrect information, the customer should contact Portal Transmontano via the official chat available on the website.
If the order arrives damaged, the customer should contact Portal Transmontano preferably within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt, with photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and product.
Portal Transmontano is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect information, recipient's absence, holidays, strikes, weather conditions, peak order periods, or other situations beyond its reasonable control.
